Mariazell is south of us and is about 40 minute drive away, although if you have a little more time the stress free option is to take the Mariazellerbahn and see all the beautiful landscape as you travel up high into the mountains by train. Dec 10, 2014. Hope that this blog finds everyone well! I can’t believe it is the 10. December already. What a couple of weeks it’s been! I keep apologising and saying sorry for the lack of blogging but it really has flown this time. So in bullet point fashion and not to bore you too much here is a nutshell of the last few weeks. My dad, Stuart came to visit for a few days and we had Gluwein (mulled wine) at 9am in the morning at the Christmas market, which concluded in Sunday being a total right off!
