Friday, 13 January 2012. 6th update - MEDICATION changes. I am halfway through the reduction in the Lithium from 800mg to 400mg. Daily and I take this in addition to the replacement medication. The past few months have been very uneventful. I deliberately cut back on all my committments as I did not want to. Disappoint anyone by not turning up for an event or talk. I suppose the only observation I can make is that I have been less. Motivated so the reduction in activity was the best thing to do.
