Until whenever the next Muse comes along. I first heard Imany on an 11 hour plane ride from Paris to Salt Lake City. I was coming home from a three month stay in India. She is a French "soul" singer. There is a totally different feel when dragging a graphite across a piece of newspaper or a rough piece of wood. The technique changes so much! Its challenging and pushes you out of the paper-comfort zone. In come cases you must be more delicate, in other more forceful. These pieces were done on a variety of wood boards.

It's the end of July, and the prospects for bookings over the next month don't look good. When I don't get to model for a long time, I get anxious, and I go looking for places and groups to model for. I found a place that does sketch nights kind of like the Kettle used to do.
