Working in conjunction with Monhegan Plantation and Monhegan Associates in 2012, MISCA acquired these two build-able lots known as the meadow lots. Both offer spectacular views to the south and west and are protected from cold northerly winds. Both lots are currently available to qualified MISCA members. Formerly the Miller property, this house was bought by MISCA in 2006. Current owner, Alison Hill, who purchased the property from MISCA, is a year round artist. Matt and Mary's House.
