Saturday, August 08, 2009. Embracing the Unknown and a Whole Lot of Change. 4 years ago I wrote. I am in the final stages of leaving for Korea for a year. There are quite a few people who did not believe that I was serious about moving overseas.HA I'll show them. My VISA should arrive sometime next week. I will be working for large school in the Yeongtong. South Korea. Hopefully if I have the will power, I will update this frequently. But it remains to be see if those plans stick. May it last forever....

Thursday, August 06, 2009. Gangwon-do Weekend 2박3일 Part 5 Moonlight Dinner. We got back to the pension and rested for awhile. I went out to try and grab a couple of HDR photos.(seen below). Right outside our door. I wish I would have gotten more of the field and less of the fence. And then the pension owner, Troy and I got everything ready for our cookout. Again, I loved Gangwon-do kimchi. We had some great meat and had an enjoyable evening under the moonlight. Troy grilling it up. RE: the fence photo.

I was at Waterfront Station and was herded out by a punch of police officers, as they shut the docks down on both sides. Ran for a bus, and managed to get on and home, which was nice… just a little longer than I’m used to! And as it did my batteries died and my backups were dead too. Jaromir Jagr plays a nice big role in it. Apparently there were over 600 penalty minutes handed out, and both teams needed to forfeit their next game because they had less than 5 men remaining because of all the game misconducts!
