Sunday, March 10, 2013. More things to see. Some of my pieces you be seeing at Guildford. I have a great love of old suitcases. I have revamped my green boring umbrella, using vintage lace etc etc. Off course then I had to paint the green base too. And a work in progress on the bunting, and lots of it too. Thursday, March 14, 2013. More to tempt you. I have been busy sewing, I have made two sets of wings to sell, they are rather tricky to make and time consuming. I will also have only a few of Jeanne d'arc Living magazines as well as these lovely notebook and address books for sale. A selection of Stampington magazines, most reduced to half price plus a couple of more recent copies, these are a bargain and always sell quickly at this price. Just over a week to go, will love to see you. More to tempt you.

Tuesday, August 4, 2015. Just a couple of weeks (end of December 2014) after we moved into our new home this was our landscape. The ground was dry by this time and extremely hard to dig into. Looking very raw. Out the back the landing strip (septic tank) looks raw as well but the orchard is nice and green. Monday, May 26, 2014. Exhibition at Art Geo in Busselton. I am exhibiting 5 of my older art books and of course these are not for sale. My aim is to share my bespoke books as an art form and also collating memorabilia, family photos etc in a creative medium to leave to future generations. Something made by hand using tactile objects and not computor generated. The largest of the books has a lovely worn leather cover with vintage lace covering the handbound spine. Quite heavy and about 3 inches thick.

Wednesday, August 20, 2014. Nannup in the South West. This is a Nannup tiger, extinct now but they did have them here. Carved out of timber. Yarn bombed bicycle outside the quilt house. Lots of yummy places to eat and this lovely shady hideaway. Guess who, waiting patiently enjoying the sun, a lonely little petunia in a tulip patch. Just one block back from the main street, this old tractor sitting in the weeds. The tulips where stunning in raised garden beds all around the town. Links to this post.

Saturday, November 15, 2014. Spring has arrived in the valley and I have picked lots of bunches of roses and lilac from the house where we are renting. I have never grown lilacs and have got a cutting growing at the house. Boards being painted in the garage. John painting in the passage, he is so fussy, we are total opposites, we drive each other crazy, he wants a perfect job and I just want to get it done. So over stepping over all this timber, but all part of the process, just got to work around it.

Monday, January 20, 2014. Getting to know Donnybrook and surrounding areas. I think I have found the place to call home. I am so loving Donnybrook and enjoying exploring the town. Have found a great walk which takes me about 40 mins down one side of the river, across the weir and back the other side. It is so hot here at the moment so I leave my walk until around that time, the wind has come up and cooled it down somewhat. Not a lot to share with you at the moment just letting you know I am here and happy.

Min älskade Patrik har gått ner på knä, sagt hur mycket han älskar mig och friat! Svaret var självklart JA! Lyckan är total och jag svävar på rosa moln. Datumet är ännu inte satt men det blir vi två sommaren 2011. I går var vi och kollade ute i Skerke och kollade på den kyrkan. Jag vill helst gifta mig i Lundby kyrka och vi ska åka dit nästa helg och ta oss en titt. Den är väldigt populär så vill vi ha den så måste vi boka snart.
