Friday, March 6, 2009. I survived the death germ. Sort of. It actually turned into bronchitis and we are watching for signs of pneumonia. I tried working out. For about 3 days in the middle of the 2 week funeral march. I felt worse afterwards and finally took my booty to the dr. Because I just couldn't breathe any more. Normally, I would find that sort of weakness inexcusable. But hey, a girl HAS to breathe. Going to be a no go, but as I am still recovering I will just leave it at that. I am a slug.

Friday, May 30, 2008. Have you ever noticed. Have you ever noticed you actually lose more weight when you track your food? I have actually lost weight. Not as much as I would like, but when the numbers are down I am definately more aware of what I have been consuming. Now, if I could just get off my butt to exercise. Anyone got some motivation for me? Miss July.not.yet. Wednesday, May 28, 2008. Where a kid can be a kid and a mom could eat herself silly with pizza and pop. Next Tuesday back to Pump it Up!

Monday, April 28, 2008. Weight change since your last recorded weight. Total weight change to date. I did get yelled at AGAIN for losing more than 2 lbs. I am not sweating it tho. Tuesday, February 17, 2009. I have them. Again. My son brought them home to share. How can a person work out when they are dead? Miss July.not.yet. Daycare can be hard on YOU! Teach your kids to cough and sneeze into their elbow. My pediatrician recommends this way so my kids don't spread their germs to everything with their hands. Here is a tip for you. My life.in a Blog! Monday, April 6, 2009. I did it. Almost 3 days alone with my boys. WHEW! Did I mention I was also taking care of my neighbors animals while they were on spring break? So on Friday and Saturday, I had the 2 boys, 3 dogs (1 which was mine), a cat and a turtle to take care of. I have nothing to lose. Tuesday, December 28, 2010. So weighed in today, 225. Not proud or happy about it, but it is what it is. I've gained 17lbs since early September. I could give you lots of excuses, but bottom line. I gained because I ate. ALOT. EVERYTHING. What we need to focus on now is getting back on track, and finding a way to make it a life style and something I can do long term. I can't be "on" and "off" it's not healthy and not productive.
