Guess what, after my 12 hour nap and 5 AM blog this morning I went back to sleep until 9:45 AM LOL it was awesome! And then I took a nap from 4-6. My life.in a Blog! Monday, April 6, 2009. I did it. Almost 3 days alone with my boys. WHEW! Did I mention I was also taking care of my neighbors animals while they were on spring break? So on Friday and Saturday, I had the 2 boys, 3 dogs (1 which was mine), a cat and a turtle to take care of. Oh and the neighbors dogs were sick while they were gone so I was scrubbing poo out of their carpet too at least once a day Tuesday until Friday. Yeah, fun times. Can you say EXHAUSTED? Oh yeah I did stay ontrack yesturday. Lets see if I can keep up the good work! Chicken Noodle Soup w/ toast- - 270. Fruit cup- - 200. The white spots sound like strep to me. Sorry! Total so far. 1136. Chicken Nuggets (from housei work at).656. Not bad and I am still hungry so hopefully one more meal before bed not over 300 calories. maybe? In fact I am worse, so I will be going to see my doctor tomorrow. i stayed within calorie range today, but i didn't make completely healthy choices. I have nothing to lose. Tuesday, December 28, 2010. So weighed in today, 225. Not proud or happy about it, but it is what it is. I've gained 17lbs since early September. I could give you lots of excuses, but bottom line. I gained because I ate. ALOT. EVERYTHING. What we need to focus on now is getting back on track, and finding a way to make it a life style and something I can do long term. I can't be "on" and "off" it's not healthy and not productive. I have nothing to lose. Tuesday, April 27, 2010. Hips- down 1.25". I'm very happy with the results. I kind of find it intriguing that I am loosing so 'evenly' lol. Does this happen with everyone?
