Archive for July, 2014. Tuesday, July 1st, 2014. Last October (2013) – yeah, I’m slightly behind…. The Thomas’ and Harvey’s took a trip North to Great Wolf Lodge to celebrate Halloween. At the time, life was reallllllly stressful and I’m pretty sure that this little vacation saved me from a break down. Seriously. So, we loaded up the family and the costumes and away we went! We had a great time, loved the water park and loved the celebrations. I swear that Mae had a great time! Tuesday, July 1st, 2014.

Archive for March, 2013. Our Slow Pajama Morning. Tuesday, March 5th, 2013. Pillows made by Emma and Kesha. Brynn loves the hugs… I swear! In the mean time, Chad and I continue to embrace the drama filled house that we’ve been given. Right before school started, the elementary hosted an open house. Aside from meeting Emma’s teacher and exploring her classroom, the highlight of the night was the fabulous face painter. In less than three minutes, this woman could create the most beautiful paintings… I was in awe. Emma and Brynn were too. Escaping to the Beach. A 40 minute drive can get us to so many cool places! Archive for May, 2013. I Love You Mi Abuelo. Friday, May 17th, 2013. So much has happened since my last post… Mae was born on Chad’s birthday via c-section, we moved five days later, recovery has been really slow and there are still boxes everywhere you look. I have so much to catch up on… so much to talk about and share but right now I’m just grieving. Grandpa and Emma – 2011}. I Love you mi abuelo. I am ME because of YOU! Archive for February, 2013. Friday, February 22nd, 2013. We did, however, catch a glimpse of what’s to come the other day. The girls pulled on their boots and we went outside and enjoyed the sunshine hand in hand. It was perfect. Eating lunch and breathing in the fresh air from our back yard is just what we needed. By 7:00 am the girls were outside and I followed closely behind them with my steaming cup of coffee… exhausted from yet another sleepless night and craving a warm, insanely gooey cinnamon roll. Unfortunately, there was no pastry delivery service that I was aware of (but there probably should be – I mean geez, they serve pizza… why not donuts? Yeah That’s kind of a big deal. Archive for January, 2014. Sneaking out to catch some flakes. Wednesday, January 8th, 2014. Before Christmas, we had one weekend of snow. It was cold and magical, then melted quickly. My girls loved it! While Emma was learning the ways of the world in Kindergarten, Mae was napping and Brynnie and I snuck out to catch a few flakes and build the tiniest snowman – barely seen by the naked eye.
