Tuesday, April 17, 2012. Made my 10% tonight at Weight Watchers! Took me forever to get there but I did it. No matter how hard it gets I will never give up. I will continue to look forward and to keep my head up and no matter what life throws at me, I'll step aside until it passes and pick myself up and move on. I got this! Monday, February 27, 2012. Wednesday, September 14, 2011. Lost 2.4 this week. Of course thats for 2 weeks. But it's still a loss. I'm happy with it. Had a wedding on Saturday and did really good on eating the buffet. Only 3 bites of wedding cake.yay! I didn't weigh in last week due to it being Fair week. I had eaten some unhealthy fair food but it had been divided between 3 people. Tuesday, March 29, 2011. At first it was only 15 seconds, the second time a little longer and the next time it was 27 seconds. I did another run but not sure on time after the last one. But I did it! And I'm not giving up until I run a mile and then another mile and another. I do need some pointers though. My feet felt like they were smacking the ground hard.
