The Mammoth Lakes area is known to be great for skiing, but it has things to do for every season. Can's you believe is open for skiing and snow playing activities. There were people skiing. Went to a concert at the Kennedy Center. In our way to the Kennedy Center, we drove in front the historical Watergate buildings. Nice walkways by the river in this area. The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts is the Memorial for President Kennedy. Ceiling of one of the entrances. Entering the concert performance hall.

After the concert we went up to the roof of the kennedy Center. It was a surprised of how much of a view there is from up there. We were able to see a very far distance. It was a gorgeous view! It was so hot that the friends we ate lunch with did not wanted to come with us. They said that only the tourist are out with the heat of over 100F with humidity in the 90s. The Living Desert has desert animals from the American Southwest, Mexico and Africa, including bighorn sheep, mountain lions, Mexican wolves, giraffes, zebras, cheetahs, warthogs, leopards.and much more. Following are pictures of some of the animals we saw in our visit here. Fall, Winter and cool days of Spring is great to come visit, the Summer is just too hot here.
