When I finished my last run the other night, I emailed a friend and told her I felt defeated. I’ve been having some pains in my legs and that particular night, it hurt more than ever. She came back with her usual positive self, but also offered to run with me. We got it all set up and to my surprise, she brought along another friend….another rah, rah! I don’t know if they realize how much impact they’ve had on my journey. This wasn’t my best run, but it was 2 miles all the same. Talking makes it go faster.
