Well i made it through the holiday season alive.it was crazy.i feel as if this is quite the feat, i think that maybe i even deserve a gold star. I finally feel somewhat confident in my job, I have earned the respect of my boss, co-managers and associates that I supervise. I have shown them all that even though I may look about 12 years old I am a strong person, a hard worker, confident leader and pretty good at what I do.
