Monday, January 31, 2011. Friends. I don't have too many close friends, as I once so naively believed, but the ones I do have are amazing! I'm so thankful for these Godly women and the time they invest in our friendships! We had so much fun today crafting and playing games. The gals sewed felt Valentine banners. The rest of my time is spent in my "real life" with my exceptional husband, Brian, and our two cuddly cats. We were married in 2006 and have been having a blast ever since! Our crazy days…. What's going on in the Boyett house? April 20, 2011. Yesterday Blythe stayed with Brooks for a good chunk of the day so I could have some very much needed me time. Our crazy days…. What's going on in the Boyett house? She loves me. →. February 4, 2010. So I never made it back for part 2 of San Antonio. And I don’t think I will. I thought about trying to recap some stuff but then I decided…no. I am just starting with this past weekend, January 30-31, 2010. First of all, I can’t even believe it is 2010…which my kids say should be said twenty-ten, not two-thousand and ten. Why? Because Micha said, and only that. Now for the weekend:. The kids were super excited too!

Friday, August 20, 2010. Alki Beach in West Seattle is one my favorite places here! My niece and nephew and I went with some of my friends for a fun day on the beach. It turned out that this day was the hottest day we have had this year and I got the sunburn to prove it! Alki Beach, July 2010. Jumping rope with bull kelp. Puget Sound is freezing! Tuesday, August 9, 2011. We had a relaxing Sunday afternoon with friends. We spent the sunny afternoon hiking Rattlesnake Ridge and then tried out the inflatable boat for the first time on Rattlesnake Lake. It was such an enjoyable day! The view eastward from Rattlesnake Ridge. We then enjoyed the remainder of the afternoon cooling off in the lake before splurging on brick-fire pizza. Another beautiful day in the great Northwest!
