Make every day count…. August 5, 2009, 5:59 am. I started this blog because of a movie that I’ve never seen and a book that I’ve never read. We are both tired of our current situations for different reasons, but we both need to make a change. In order to begin our process, we had to meet the following criteria:. 1 Stop doing two things that are hard for you to stop. 2 Start doing two things that are easy/medium/hard for you to start. 3 List one change each for mind, body, and soul. 1 Comment so far.
