Running Updates Courtesy of Storm Q. June 30, 2013 · 10:53 PM. PRs, Medals, and Rings. Wow, it’s been a while. My apologies. Where to start….I like lists – here we go:. Ran my second marathon! The Frisco Railroad Run. Was fantastic. I will run it again next year for sure, though I think I may tackle the 50 K. COULD NOT BE MORE PROUD. And the bi...

Will Run For A Medal: #WellnessWednesday - Week 1
http://www.willrunforamedal.com/2016/11/wellnesswednesday-week-1.html

The one goal I need to work on is my meal planning because when I end up working later than anticipated or anything else unplanned pops up, it throws me off. I have a feeling this will be the goal that will elude me the most. Practice Yoga at least once per week - GOAL MET - I took a 90 minute ...

Tuesday, September 20, 2016. US Air Force 5K Race Recap. So let me just start this recap by saying that I really do love this race, but I had a better experience when I ran the 5K and half marathon in 2011. I didn't post pictures of the 5k and half marathon shirts above because I wanted to mention that my half marathon shirt from the 2011 race is one of my absolute favorite. Race shirts. I still have it and have worn it in so many races through the years. That year, we received gender-specific Ne...Then ...
