Moldovan Sojourn: January 2007
http://ianspain.blogspot.com/2007_01_01_archive.html
Tuesday, January 30, 2007. I'm glad I know how to laugh at myself. Last night was a perfect example. I get back from basketball practice and rush through dinner with my host brother. I am rushing because I need to get to the gas station on the edge of the village by 7pm so I can get my phone back from the bus driver who found it Sunday evening after I disembarked. Thankfully the guys who work there know me, and are amused eternally by talking with me, so they mercifully invite me in to chat while I wait.

spider poet: Yellowstone, Hyalite, dogs & dragons
http://spiderpoet.blogspot.com/2009/02/yellowstone-hyalite-dogs-dragons.html
Tuesday, February 24, 2009. Yellowstone, Hyalite, dogs and dragons. We've been having the most beautiful weather here lately. Yesterday I opened the windows in the apartment because it was in the 60's and felt like spring. Nice! I'm definitely not suffering from the same anti-winter feelings that I had last year in South Dakota. Probably because of the abundant sunshine and the lack of wind here. Is it a komodo dragon? A couple of weeks ago, we spontaneously jumped in the car and headed down to. Yes, it'...

spider poet: big day in Bozeman
http://spiderpoet.blogspot.com/2009/03/big-day-in-bozeman.html
Friday, March 06, 2009. Big day in Bozeman. Hmm, I thought. Honestly, I wasn't too scared because we've had so much construction on our building lately that I've gotten used to banging and thudding. And with the snow, I thought maybe something had toppled over on the roof. About half an hour later, the power was back on. Click here for the coverage from our local news. spider poet: Mr. Tax Man
http://spiderpoet.blogspot.com/2009/02/mr-tax-man.html
Tuesday, February 03, 2009. That's what I called Josh this weekend. I married a man who loves to do taxes. How lucky am I? Very, very lucky. Josh and I are similar in many ways when it comes to our personality. But opposites do attract in one spot in our relationship- taxes! He loves to do them, and I hate to do them. I love to do taxes . . . but Greg hates to do them. Doesn't it work out well? Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Sister Margo the Lion. Citizens for Public Justice.

Jennifer's Adventures: Preparing to COS
http://adventuresofjennifer.blogspot.com/2008/10/preparing-to-cos.html
Thursday, October 02, 2008. Ahhh, what's with these PCVs and their acronyms? COS stands for Close Of Serivce. That means, done, all over, finished, coming home! I now have 2 days left of my service here in Moldova! Doesn't it feel like only yesterday you were saying goodbye to me? Will life pick up from where I left it? What will I do? Where will I live? I am so excited to come home and see what will happen next! See you all soon! December 17 11:30pm I will be in Seattle! View my complete profile.
