A negative version (MV5-) is also available for spraying negative ions. Both units can also be used to bias ion optics elements such as deflection plates and Einzel lenses. From £1,290 VAT. MV5 High voltage supply. S23 Coupling tee and bellows. Agilent pumping package for the UHV4i series. The UHV4i series electrospray deposition sources have 3 pumping stages. The first two are roughing stages and the third is a high vacuum stage. The pumping requirements are therefore 2 scroll or rotary pumps and a small turbo. The turbo is in this configuration able to be backed by the stage 2 scroll pump thus saving a whole backing pump. Pumping package - from £POA VAT.
