Live to Eat, Eat to Live.either way I LOVE TO COOK! Sunday, January 31, 2010. Love to make this for New Mother's- not spicy, and makes enough to last a few meals. Perfect for the ill ones in your house too! You can always make a large pot then freeze half- for later. Makes a large amount! 2 tsp Italian Seasoning. Salt and pepper to taste. Boil together for 1 hour. Take onion out- discard. Drain chicken and broth through a strainer keeping BROTH! Let chicken cool- and cut into chunks. 2 cans of carrots.

Live to Eat, Eat to Live.either way I LOVE TO COOK! Wednesday, December 15, 2010. Beef bouillon granules (spoon full or two). 1 package of onion soup mix. Optional* fresh pealed Potatoes and carrots. Pre- heat oven to 350*. Cook for 4-5 hours until tender. Perfect for Sunday lunch. Left over roast- cut up and add BBQ (barbecue) sauce the next day for sandwiches. If you choose you can cook in a crock pot all day for 6 hours on High or 12 hours on Low.*. 5 trips back to the kitchen*. Easy on the budget.

I have been baking them instead of FRYING! Here is how I do it. 4-5 pork chops (variety of cuts and styles.we like the bone in Loin chop). 1 package of Hidden Valley Ranch Package. Mix Ranch mix and bread crumbs together in a Ziploc. Bag Place pork chops one at a time in the bag and shake.(yes this is shake and bake- my style). Here is what I did.
