His birthday was 2/20 so this is a little late but I wanted to show you how much he has grown up. We had a small party for him at Pizza Hut with family and Benji had a great time. Kaiya even ventured out for an evening, I think that she was happy to get out and see everyone! Happy 3rd Birthday, Benji! I cant believe Benji is 3! I remember when he was born!

Last week we took Kaiya to her 3rd swallow study in Topeka. She is such a little trooper and she did GREAT! We were pleased that she Passed and we are now transitioning her to thin liquid. This is my FAV meatball recipe! My sister gave me this recipe and I believe that she recieved it from a lady we went to chruch with growning up. 2 cups quick oats. 1 cup chopped onion (I don't use that much, we don't like much onion). Sauce (can be doubled if putting in crock pot after baking). 1 cup brown suugar. 2 tbsp liquid smoke.

On June 17 we were blessed with a beautiful baby girl. Her name is Kaiya. And she is our little fighter! Body was getting blood that was not oxygenated. The Aberle's in Haiti. Sam really is a good man. no a great man. A great husband and father. Today was quite possibly one of my best birthdays ever. I attended women's Bible study this morning and my great family spent the whole morning working like crazy. They cleaned the entire house! Then met me at the door with gifts preciously wrapped as only kids can. Then this evening we all went to town for dinner and a swim. I actually had goosebumps. Beautiful. Sam and Cammie Aberle. The Aberle's in Haiti. And we all love. With Biga there is never. She has made friends with everyone. Rented her a horse. Yes, I did just say a horse. Were the first brave souls. Was lining up for their turn. It took Biga a while, and a whole pack of Gum. For distraction but eventually she was really enjoying it.,. For the perfect gift at the perfect time. But somehow I did not get a picture of her. I think I was too busy watching her try to make the tired horse run. Was an old pro. And I took a ride.
