This meal is great for preparing in advance and eating at a later time. In fact, this is something my mom made a great deal of and stored in the freezer when I came home from the hospital after having my babies. The sauce is quite simple and did I say, "Delicious"? 1 1lb sirloin steak. 1 8 oz sour cream (light if desired is ok).
