Sunday, October 17, 2010. Sleeping for mere few hours on friday and got waken up by my mum on Saturday morning. Well, it's not that pleasant. I would have been in a foul mood. But, I didn't! I guess that's because of my 2 days leave (wed and thur), somehow was in rather good mood. Set off on sat morning to hunt for the cake at TPY. And managed to FIND it! Wahahaha. Treasure hunting on sat morning! Suddenly remember how "Sense of achievement" was. When was the last time I felt that? Toasted on 13 Dec 84.

Pictures of Me; Pictures of You. Turning Saints into the Sea. Chin-ups are those that have palms facing in (70% biceps, 20% lats, 10% core). Pull-ups are those that have palms facing out (80% lats, 10 % biceps, 20% core). Wad i would recommend for those wanting reps more than 15 is to do pull-ups instead; reason being that the core and the lats are both muscle groups that are larger than biceps, thus having more endurance potential. For those wanting to just merely hitting above 10, chin-ups do just fine.

Things are looking good, apart from my mouth feeling sore from all the stitching. I had 2 parts to the surgery; one was where i had to expose the implant and place the abutment, and the other was to place the temporary crowning on the abutment.
