That makes the weekend pretty full.and pretty fast! Travis went to Dallas this weekend to be with his Auntie Ruth who turned 97 years young! He said the party was really nice and Aunt Ruth seemed to enjoy herself and the friends who came to wish her a very happy birthday. He also enjoyed some visiting time with his cousin, Gerry, and wife, Clara.

Why don't the other media people understand what these folks seem to be able to grasp easily? Where has our good morality and common sense gone? What did we ever do before all the technology we have today? When I went home today to clean up and get clothes for the rest of the stay, I grabbed my computer so I can have my entertainment and communication in the room with me. We didn't get as much snow the second time around but it was just as beautiful! Austin and Chandler chunking snowballs! The 2nd snow day I finally got them to build a snowman! Britni and Rainey rolled up the sections for the snowman. Then we added the hat and scarf and Chandler helped with the eyes, nose and mouth. We had another fun day out of school! Wednesday, February 25, 2015. We were so excited when we got the call. No school! Actually we were out of school on Tuesday because of ice and went in late to school on Wednesday. Then we were out again on Thursday with lots of snow! It was so beautiful and the kids and so much fun playing. And they were not ready to come in at all! In spite of the snow ALL around, this little guy wanted to splash in the water puddles! Eating snow and stopping for pictures. Snowball fights with Grandad.
