Ghee - melted,enough to mix with the flour. 1 Dry fry the semolina and grind into fine powder. 2Grind the sugar into fine powder. 3 Sieve the semolina and sugar into bowl. 4 Add in the cashewnuts.Mix well. 5Pour in the hot ghee and form into small balls.
