Then we had to weigh her, so he could try to figure out what to prescribe and how to dose it for a 45 pound 4-year-old! My first reaction was, "That's an old person's disease! As a side-note, I saw Seattle and Phyllis Umi at the doctor's office. They were there with Phyllis' sister and her baby. It was nice to catch up with them. We love you, Temira!

I decided to try to run at 5pm for about 4 miles while Jeff took the kids to the Y.
