Yes, I lost the 65 pounds but now I have finally found the courage to face the harsh reality and admit that in the last year I have gained 30 pounds back. They say that admitting you have a problem is the first step to recovery. I know that accountability is what helped me to stay on track in the first place so I will revisit that method.
