Thursday, March 31, 2011. We are expecting our second child in August! My pregnancy has been great so far.very uneventful. At my doctor's appointment today, I had a sonogram and found out it's a BOY! My doctor told me that everything looks great with me and the baby! I've been hoping it was a boy but never had any strong feelings one way or the other about what it might be. I'm so excited that Hayes will have a little brother to play with! Now if Blaine and I could only agree on a name! He is such a joy!

Wednesday, July 15, 2009. Better late than never, right? Once again, I've let too much time pass since my last post! Let me start with June. We took a trip to visit the in-laws in Louisiana the first weekend in June. Hayes finally got a chance to get in the pool.he loved it! He was kicking his legs and splashing like crazy! He couldn't get enough of the water.he especially enjoyed getting on his belly and splashing at the waves as they came up on the shore. We were total beach bums and loved every minute!

I'm constantly laughing at Hayes lately.making funny faces, squealing, trying to untie the bumper pads when he's supposed to be napping, beating his toys against anything that will make a noise, finding all the imperfections in the concrete floors.I could go on and on. :) He's scooting all over the place now.crawling is just around the corner (this is so hard for me to believe)! Sunday, June 20, 2010. Our First Family Vaca and Father's Day. We left Thursday headed to Gulf Shores for 3 days and 3 nights. We had the best time! We went to Alligator Alley and if you haven't been there you need to go! Walker was able to touch a baby alligator. We watched them feed the big ones and it was out of this world!
