When I was first learning to cook whole foods, one of my biggest struggles was snacking. For some reason, I had a really difficult time planning snacks, making snacks, and choosing good snacks. But over the years I’ve become somewhat of a whole-food-snacking connoisseur, particularly with regard to granola bars. I know, I know…I’m so cool. And I was so impressed!

So, today, I have a brilliant 9 year old boy. I can only imagine what God has in store for him. I count it a blessing and a priviledge to be his mom.
