The Rain in Spain Falls Mainly in the Plain. Tuesday, April 17, 2007. A weekend in Granada! I spent this last weekend in Granada, and tried to take advantage of the semi decent weather! I went out to new tapas bars Thursday night, and a different discoteca, I spent all of Saturday at the Park of the Sciences, and went to the market on Sunday. Here are some pics! This is the giant chess board! Abbey and I totally schooled Felix! Some of the sweet "animals" at the park! I'm even on my tiptoes!

The Rain in Spain Falls Mainly in the Plain. Monday, April 30, 2007. Our last excursion as a group was to a little village in the mountains, Las Alpujarras. It was an amazing, rainy, weekend! We hiked, regardless of how wet it was, and we relaxed in a cute little rustic hotel! Even though it was cloudy, the views were amazing! These little whitewashed towns are too cool! View across the valley of a little town! Notice the pretty little waterfall! I'm wet, but loving the hike! Me and the big waterfall!
