Sunday, March 2, 2014. WW Week 2: It was a great first week. I went (back) to Weight Watchers (again) on February 22. This past week my plan was to eat 90% power foods on the Simply Filling Technique list. I went back to Weight Watchers on Saturday March 1 for my weigh in. I think the prepping/planning on Sunday for the week helped with my 4 pound weight loss. My goal was to lose 2 so I was quite happy that I lost double that. I am hopeful that it will be the jump start I need to keep going. Go girl, go!
