August 18, 2013. A Little More Stitching. It has been slow stitching lately but I have made headway. First I made a little gift for my sister. I stitched this Dragon Dreams freebie for my sister's 50th birthday. It is going on top of a little junk box for her desk in her cubicle (tiny prison). The second stitching I've been doing is Iris Fairy. Got moving along on it but ran out of 501 and had to wait till I could get around to getting more. Here she is so far. So that is all for now. It's changed, honest.

January 25, 2013. Bluebell 2nd Rotation 1.25.13. I ran out of Kreinik 1432 so did not get the wing finished on Bluebell this round. I have some ordered in so hopefully the next round she will have a finished wing :). The Wings are beautiful but working with all that metallic thread is a pain you know where. January 2, 2013. A New Year - A New Start. Okay, so I fell off the edge of the world toward the end of the year. I got little done and a lot of nothing accomplished, just mostly feeling sorry for myself I guess. Anyway, I am ready to go. There is going to be a new baby arriving in the family in March, I will be a great aunt again for the 9th time. I crocheted a little swaddler bag and hat for her this weekend. Here is a picture. So here is to seeing more of you here :). And Happy New Year.

February 15, 2013. A WIP out of the Stack. I finished Dog Lessons for People by Lizzie Kate today. This one has been sitting for quite awhile. I had finished Cat Lessons for People and started the Dog one and then kinda got bored and moved on. So after I got back on rotation so I could finish some WIPs that were floating around here it is finished. I am soooooo happy. Here it is. I can now frame it and this. Congrats on your finish! Finally finished this one for a co-worker who is a big dog lover. She's an amazing lady who is very special to me as well. The gentle art threads.
