I go regularly on courses to update my knowledge and masterclasses and workshops to keep up to date with anything new. My main qualifications that I hold are:. RSA Exercise to Music. Advanced Personal Training Diploma (University of London accredited). RSA Gym instructor and Circuits.

Ce blog visait l'année 2014. j'aurais perdu 8 kilos durant la courte existence du blog (juillet-décembre avec beaucoup de pauses). Une belle victoire sur une mauvaise année. Avec les fêtes, on a tendance à reprendre quelques kilos (1,5 là pour ma part). J'ai envie de reprendre tout ça sérieusement dans l'année 2015.
