Mountain bike routes have been established for Mountain bike enthusiasts.The routes are 12 km in total and are very adventurous. Be warned its technical. A lapa is available for hire, for functions and team building events or a small outdoor conferance. We have a beautiful swimming pool area with a deck that overlooks the valley as well as a well grassed area for picnics, equipped with tables and chairs and braai facility.

The Magaliesberg has a wide variety of dirt roads, ranging from easy terrain (such as the Barnardsvlei Road) to the physically demanding Breed's Neck Mountain Pass, which rises from an altitude 1360m in the north to 1670m at the crest before dropping down to 1440m when it joins the R24 in the south. Day visitors are welcome in the reserve every day of the week, provided we have space. We allow only 180 people into the reserve each day, this includes people booking accommodation, campers and daily visitors. As a day visitor, your car will have to remain in the car park area on arrival and you will then have access to the entire reserve.
