Lulu's Sweet Feet: April 2010
http://lulusweetfeet.blogspot.com/2010_04_01_archive.html
Tuesday, April 27, 2010. Peanut, peanut butter! My late Grandfather had a very dominant strand of the Peanut Butter Lover gene and I inherited it so you can imagine my excitement when I came across a homemade peanut butter cups recipe in Alicia Silverstone's book "The Kind Diet.". I was also intrigued by the concept of a vegan version of a favorite guilty pleasure. If you find yourself equally intrigued then give it a try.the results will not disappoint! Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups. 1/4 cup maple sugar.

Minding Mum: Breaking heart
http://mindingmum.blogspot.com/2012/02/breaking-heart.html
A journey of a daughter confronting her mother's world changing in the grip of Alzheimer's. Wednesday, February 8, 2012. My heart is breaking as my mother's brain is dying from Alzheimer's Disease. The little girl inside of me, who always wants to make sure Mummy is OK, cannot always do that now. The grown up part of me has to take them both by the hand and lead them through this scary and bewildering forest. February 8, 2012 at 8:24 PM. The picture is so sweet. Keeping you in my prayers. A journey of a daughter confronting her mother's world changing in the grip of Alzheimer's. Friday, February 17, 2012. All alone on this journey? And its exhausting - plenty would agree with that! Doing the right thing by someone you love with this disease is a challenge like no other - I do know that. February 17, 2012 at 5:50 PM. Oh,i agree.living with Alzheimers is like spinning plates, tight rope walking or riding a see saw.it always keeps us off balance and its so tiring! Keeping you in my thoughts.

Lulu's Sweet Feet: Mushroom Pizza with a Surprise
http://lulusweetfeet.blogspot.com/2010/06/mushroom-pizza-with-surprise.html
Sunday, June 13, 2010. Mushroom Pizza with a Surprise. When I saw this recipe for Mushroom Pizza on the Food Network show, Ask Aida, I just knew I wanted to give it a try. I was really curious about the idea of putting a fried egg on top of the pizza. The verdict? Aida knows her pizza.because it was delicious. Here is the recipe below. I tweaked a couple of the ingredients in an attempt to make it a bit healthier and I will tell you what I did as I type. Herb Roasted Mushrooms with Fried Egg. Scatter hal...

A journey of a daughter confronting her mother's world changing in the grip of Alzheimer's. Tuesday, February 14, 2012. The things that Mum doesn't do. I'm trying to figure out what is Mum's real difficulty with Meals On Wheels - bit difficult to work out from afar! So I'm wracking my brain to see if there's a way to fix the REAL problem - that its too hard for her to figure out how to eat Meal On Wheels. Maybe frozen meals will be better, maybe they won't. February 15, 2012 at 10:35 AM. We hope to get M...
