Bring things you need to survive.things you would be lost without. You don't want to live your tour here suffering without conveniences of America. Here are some things we had thought about not bringing, or didn't bring and wish we would have. All the flooring is marble, tile, etc. If you have rugs or can pick up a few before your household goods are packed out, bring them! Same reasoning behind the patio furniture. If it's small and if you don't mind it getting a few Naples kisses (dents and dings).

Naples has a lot of crime, not to mention an overseas move is not easy on your stuff. If you would be heartbroken if something got lost or stolen, leave it behind. Family heirlooms, photos, pianos, etc. If you really want an item in Naples, make a copy (if possible). And bring the copy. Washer/dryer/fridge/stove: they are heavy and won't work if you decide to live on the economy. The Navy will issue you a rental washer and dryer when you move into your house. Again, theft is common. Bringing your pets with you to Italy is definitely do-able! There is no reason to leave fido and fluffy behind. BUT it is quite a bit of leg-work and paperwork.so don't leave it to the last minute! The AMC flight cost $112 for the kitty. The fees will be paid to the airline when you check in. What your pet will need:. 1 - International microchip. Done at your vet. Keep paperwork and the tag, this will have to be shown upon arrival in Naples. 2 - Current rabies shot. 3 - International Health Certificate.
