Community Relief in Disaster Zones. Our office received a R2.2 million donation from the Department of Social Development, to assist communities affected by disasters. Through this donation we were able to assist 2500 families, in the northern KZN area. The relief was very much appreciated in these communities. Which has been recognized as disaster prone areas. Chatsworth ACS, Lighthouse ACS, Pietermaritzburg MOW and Virginia MOW were the fortunate orgnizations who received each a Peugeot Van for their organizations. Eventually after all the long waiting and struggling to get this container that was sent to us from Australia, has been released to us at last. Praise be to God! We were able to distribute a lot of clothing, crockery, bedding, shoes and books to most of our affiliates. These people were very happy and excited for these donations.
