Here are some of the parts I noted and my opinions ( parts in bold are direct quotes. It is right and proper to have an independent schools inspectorate. The report points to research that suggests that distributed leadership is more effective than concentrated leadership. This is something I wrote about in my blog post on the book Legacy.

Blimey, where did that come from? Yesterday, there was a flurry of blog activity to celebrate the fact that Mike Cladingbowl. Had invited a range of edu bloggers to OFSTED towers to discuss issues they had included in their blogs. These were Tom Bennett. Â and Tom Sherrington.
