The school district has a new web page that provides links to a variety of websites with content that is appropriate for children. The front page says k-2, but you can select different subject areas at the top; such as math, typing, etc., that will take you to a new page with links in those key areas. The answer to a multiplication question, found when two factors are multiplied together. A display created by equal rows of dots; it represents a multiplication question. This is an array for 3 x 5 = 15 There are 3 rows of 5 dots, for a total of 15. Eg 3 and 7 are the multiples of 21, .3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21. Faces meet a point.

Mrs. Ellis' Third Grade
Sunday, April 1, 2012. Last Friday we did a project called the Marshmallow Challenge. Students were put into groups and had to design a free standing structure that had a marshmallow on the top. Materials to be used included 20 pieces of uncooked spaghetti, 1 marshmallow, 1 yard of masking tape, and 1 yard of string.
