My journey through weight loss, fitness and the new me. Below I’ve got the size chart for my favourite shop, I want to be a size 10! The chart puts me at size 18 but I wear a size 14 at the moment. Knee boots are my favourite. My typical outfit would be skinny jeans, boots and a tunic top/jumper. But I can’t fit into any boots at the moment. When I looked online for wide fitting boots I realised I’m currently the largest wide fitting available. That was an eye opener! What do you think?

Talking about my struggle to lose weight. I have been thinking about commitment. I’m committed to my husband, son and family. This type of commitment comes easy to me. It is built upon love and provides a sturdy foundation. My goal is to keep people in my life happy and provide comfort. I had to ask about the commitment I feel for my own self and well being. Talking about my struggle to lose weight. My son Brian was terrified to swim. It started in head start when he was four. He refused to go into the water with the other children. We tried to figure out the reason. There were no answers. A couple years later my sister got a pool so we would go over for a swim. He would grab onto the sidewalks refusing to let go insisting on wearing a life jacket. The next summer he finally began to venture out into the pool with a life jacket on. I wanted to give him time.

When I went on vacation we stayed home and went to the movies a couple of times. Celebrated a low key birthday for me and my son. Enjoyed a major league baseball game. I’ve had some stress.
