http://janashoemakeraspiredteacher.blogspot.com/2010_09_01_archive.html
Thoughts of An Aspiring Teacher. Thursday, September 16, 2010. As I settle into my new role as a paraprofessional, I have discovered that I have learned so much about the educational system already! I have been really overwhelmed with MAT schoolwork combined with wedding planning, but I know that once my wedding is done and over with, I will be able to focus my full attention on my studies. I am so thankful that Meet Me in the Middle. Now, my next task is learning more information about blogging.

Jamie's Blog: Blog reflection
http://mslowe2u.blogspot.com/2010/11/blog-reflection.html
Monday, November 29, 2010. November 29, 2010 at 6:19 PM. Jaime, I totally agree. I actually planned to do an online journal with my Pre-Ap English classes, but the school internet system has all blogger sites blocked. A few of my students do not have access to internet at home, so we decided not to do it. It would be a great tool, though, and online journal incorporate technology and education. Monica's Dreams of Teaching. Sunday, November 28, 2010. Frindle by Andrew Clements. Last Monday, my literacy facilitator walked into my classroom with a book in her hand and a huge smile on her face. The was. By Andrew Clements. She opened the book to the title page, handed it to me, and said, "This is for you! I looked down at the page to see that it was a brand new autographed copy! http://monicadreamsofteaching.blogspot.com/2010/09/and-ride-continues.html
Monica's Dreams of Teaching. Thursday, September 30, 2010. And the ride continues! What a week this has been! My roller coaster ride is still going at full speed, but I think I am finally starting to find a balance between all of these ups and downs. Well, I was starting to. Unfortunately, I was thrown for a HUGE loop today. I was informed this morning that I am losing one of my 7th grade math classes. This class is being replaced with a 6th grade language arts class. This terrifies me!

Saturday, September 18, 2010. Do you have a "theme" for your classroom? Well, it seems to be one of the many stressful decisions to make before school starts! So, I went with neon colors and graffitti. I tried out my spray painting skills, and this is what I came up with. This sign covers a lot of my back wall. My students have made several comments about how they like it. :) Sigh. One decision down, thousands to go. Sunday, September 12, 2010. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile.
