Saturday, November 27, 2010. Pour 2lb of Dextrose. 2 packs of coolaide. Fill container 1/3 of water. Shake hard until mixes and dissolves. Add creatine at time of use.

Saturday, January 15, 2011. A very effective way I found of using 4 sets to workout with if you are trying to put on some muscle. 200lbs - 6 reps. 170lbs - 9 reps @ 85%.
