Here is the update for the running. Sunday 6h50 found me waking up late for runnig. After conviving father to give me a ride to NYC I arrived barely on time for the train at 7h20. THE NYC Marathon this November 5! Read on to see how (if) I am surviving training. Tuesday, November 07, 2006. I still can't really comprehend it or believe that I ran through all 5 burrows of NYC in one day. In 4 hours and 25 minutes! Insanity. It really is actually. I'm still very sore and can't walk too well but I am so happy I did it and it's over! Half Marathon. done AND done. 4:45 AM- Wake up in my East Village Apartment. 4:50 AM- 1st cup of coffee (essential to any pre-race strategy). 4:55 AM- 2nd cup of coffee (in order to open my other eye). 5:00 AM- Gatorade and PB and Banana Sandwich. 5:16 AM- See people stumbling home from the night before. awesome. 7:00 AM- Start of the race.
