Anyway, I'm happy with the way things are going. I just hope I get my job back next year. I'm hoping I'll get to teach summer school so that should help me out, financially. Wish me luck! Saturday, October 17, 2009. Long Time, No Blog. I always tell myself I'll get better at updating my blog because I. Do enjoy writing, but I just can't seem to do it. I just feel like I have so much more time to prep. The kids are also so much more well behaved earlier in the morning. I have a great group of kids and I feel really lucky to have a job. I doubt there are many second year teachers in our district who have jobs. I'm really lucky and I appreciate the opportunity. Welcome to the Dark Side.

Monday, September 1, 2008. I forgot the "before" picture of my classroom and I'm too lazy to edit the last post. Sunday, November 30, 2008. I feel ready for this week too. What did I do this break since I didn't do any schoolwork? I watched a lot of Netflixed. Entourage, watched more TV altogether than I've watched in the past month probably (I don't watch much TV), bought and decorated my Christmas tree, cooked a meal and some breakfastes. Quite an accomplishment for me), shopped, cleaned, watched Role Models (hilarious, by the way) and RELAXED! Did I mention it was nice? CAN'T WAIT FOR CHRISTMAS BREAK!

Monday, March 30, 2009. It makes me feel good about my job. Home visits seem "old school" to me.But they're becoming more and more prevalent. It's so late in the year now, I wish I would've started earlier.Then I might've been able to get two done in the year for each child. I can't wait to schedule more! Friday, May 30, 2008. Another Hodgepodge of Sorts. Last week, Annah had a jewelry party so I got to hang out with my niece, Karlee. Look at her lips! Sunday, June 21, 2009. I finished my first year of teaching! I made it through the year and believe me, it wasn't easy! I've learned a lot this year. Sunday, January 25, 2009. So I wanna get back into blogging, but it's hard. It takes time and dedication.Plus, I don't really have a camera right now, so I haven't been taking as many pictures as usual. I've been bad at sharing what's been going on the past few months so the purpose of this blog is to catch you up. Here goes.
