Trouble at work.: June 2006
http://tuppenceforyourthoughts.blogspot.com/2006_06_01_archive.html
Friday, June 30, 2006. It's only half an hour to Friday night. I did lots of work today, including an interview with a Bigsplat. Journalist, and a big mail out, and my boss came in and at around lunch my pain levels were too high to resist any longer so I took some of my elephant tranquilisers. It's so good to be home. Zil will be here in half an hour. Posted by Polysemous at 4:16 PM. Wednesday, June 28, 2006. Nice boss shame about the rest of the day. I fought the bank and the bank won. Too much to do.

Trouble at work.: December 2006

Sunday, December 31, 2006. Life after the Bugsplat Visitor Centre - what will that be like? I'm working on keeping a positive attitude. Last night Gray took me (& Sausage and a few other girls) to see "Monster House" at the outdoor screening in Littlesplat. It was a lot of fun. Sausage sizzle. Guess who likes that? Though it wasn't all bad. The fighting was good. The camaraderie. Sometimes I even miss it. Last night was a lot of fun anyway. Posted by Polysemous at 9:39 PM. Tuesday, December 26, 2006.

Friday, August 25, 2006. Trying to get awaaaaaaaaaaay. We're getting on a bus tomorrow, to meet our Mum in CapitalSplat, the shiny city. Trying to get away from work has been very challenging. There has been so many reports to finish and loose ends to tie up. I have to meet with my boss tomorrow to try to help him through the big, big report that we've been doing. I wish stuff could just wait until I get back, but it can't. I do what I have to do. Posted by Polysemous at 4:24 PM. Tuesday, August 22, 2006.

Trouble at work.: March 2007
http://tuppenceforyourthoughts.blogspot.com/2007_03_01_archive.html
Thursday, March 22, 2007. I've been very well. I'm not really missing work much. I like being the money person for the Bugsplat Food Coop. Lots of numbers, lots of figures, lots of sums. I like accounting a lot. I've been watching a lot of battle star galactica and driving Calypso around a fair bit too. Also making inventory of all of Calypso's bead collection, belly dance material and art supplies and tidying that great big mess up. I like imposing order. Posted by Polysemous at 9:41 PM. More of the same.

Trouble at work.: October 2006

Sunday, October 29, 2006. Putting Bugsplat on the map. Last time I wrote here was the day we moved into the new building. God I have been a stressed out and distressed and anxious Manager ever since. There has been so much to do and unpack and re-establish order and organise and volunteers leaving because of family stuff and jobs and then a whole new board and a grilling by the new auditor who had been set against me by Ms A. (via a chain of vulnerable newbies) while I was on holiday. Etc. Other than tha...

Monday, January 29, 2007. Elron Hubbard is still a fuckwit, and I am still here.". Posted by Polysemous at 10:45 AM. Saturday, January 27, 2007. It was our last day today. Bye then. Bugsplat Tourist Bureau. Posted by Polysemous at 3:53 PM. Friday, January 26, 2007. Almost out of work. Tomorrow's my last day. I shall lunch with my husband across the road at Castenada's where Work Experience Boy can call me if something (or someone) goes Horibly Wrong. Thus ends the Overly Dramatic Capitalisation. Relax.

Tricks of Memory.: February 2007
http://tricksofmemory.blogspot.com/2007_02_01_archive.html
Saturday, February 17, 2007. I'm happy for Trouble. It went well. Posted by Polysemous at 8:14 PM. Saturday, February 10, 2007. It feels to me as if it's been a while since I wrote. I see Mannie has written a thrilling post about how she really likes jars. I see Calypso and Trouble currently in league. It pleases me to see another Castle-Dungeon connection. Maybe later, at Had a Dolly I'll write about Viola, my daughter, who was ambassador turned liberator all those years ago. Did she zaphod her brain?

Wednesday, June 28, 2006. Once some sociobiologists made magazines of the monkeys for the monkeys to read. All the monkeys enjoyed the magazines. They liked most to look at the pictures of the high status monkeys. Posted by Polysemous at 3:40 PM. Send me to my knees. My grief over Zena and all that it overflows to and reminds me of - damaged friendships here, mainly. Was still fresh: tears were still falling when I first heard the knocking. It took me a while to get down the hall to find Yama. Posted by ...

Put the kettle on. Thursday, August 31, 2006. Mum made dinner last night. Roast chicken with pear and ginger jam in the stuffing, baked vegetables (potato, onion, sweet potato, pumpkin), cheesy cauliflower, broccoli and asparagus. Delicious. Posted by Polysemous @ 11:15 AM. Tuesday, August 22, 2006. A gang of girls calling themselves "The Sunday Witch" have been kitchening. Their last effort - a hot chocolate. It's been a long time! Trouble at work.: February 2007
http://tuppenceforyourthoughts.blogspot.com/2007_02_01_archive.html
Saturday, February 17, 2007. My farewell was fantastic. My boss gave a great speech about me. Also there were lots of people and some great food and a really brilliant present (cheese, jam, sauce, relish hamper) and it was just altogether fabulous. I'm so glad we went. In other news, Zil has apologised profusely. That's all fine now. In other news, bellydancing is going so extremely well! Calypso is happy. I am trying to organise grant money for her too. In other news, Roz wrote a song! Now, where was I?
