Research Themes and Centres. All undergraduate admissions are handled by the Biomedicall Teaching Oganisation (BMTO) at the University of Edinburgh. The BSc in Neuroscience is a four year degree course consisting of broad based study in the biological sciences for the first two years before beginning to specialise in your chosen subject in year three and then registering for Neuroscience in your final, Honours, year.
