Asian Chicken Thighs—. 8 bone-in, skin on chicken thighs. 1 TB red curry paste. 2 TB garlic chili paste (I used Roland brand). 1/2 tsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp onion powder. 2 TB soy sauce (or tamari). Orzo Salad with Tomatoes, Cucumber, Feta and Lemon Basil Dressing. This was so delicious I can't even tell you. It is so light, summery and flavorful. I mixed a few recipes into one. 1 1/2 cups orzo. 1 large cucumber, diced. 1 cup cherry tomatoes. 1 cup feta cheese. Salt and pepper, to taste.
