The hostel, restaurant and hotel were closed, so I had to rely on the kindness of a local who had keys to the hostel so that I could use the toilet in its beautiful ensuite bedroom. Tuesday, 29 April 2014. Easter trip to Baltimore, Cape Clear and Sherkin islands. As part of my quest to conquer all of Ireland’s inhabited offshore islands, I made plans to stay in Baltimore, West Cork, during Easter 2014.
