Distractions, legends and lies about things that require knees. Where would you be without your knees? Wednesday, July 8, 2015. Magruder Corridor motorcycle ride. Let me start by saying how much I love my wife! She is the best and is willing to put up with my sometimes impulsive hobbies. And headed for Missoula. A ice cold beer at the Lochsa Lodge refreshed me and I hit up the Elk Meadows road back to Hwy 12. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Enter your email address:. Montana rivers and lakes. Magrude...

Distractions, legends and lies about things that require knees. Where would you be without your knees? Saturday, September 27, 2014. It's been crazy around here, things have been moving at a frantic pace since summer. But I did the get chance to disengage from the electronic world for 8 days. Nothing but wind in the sage, GPS screen (don't count) and the sounds of elk. Thank you to Tracy and MO for making it possible, you don't know how much I enjoyed it! Ski Run. Climb. Repeat. Saturday, August 8, 2015. Wind River Climbing Part II. We spent the afternoon of our rest day relaxing at our new camp below haystack mountain, watching a party “epic” on minor dihedral (way off route), which we planned to climbed the next day (III 5.9 10p). Luckily we got some good beta from a different party in the area about the proper route-finding and went to bed nervous yet excited. Starting up pitch 1. Stoked for the money pitch. Pitch 5 (photo: chris). Fun exposed pitch 2.

Ski. Run. Climb. Repeat.: Speedgoat 50k race report
http://andrewmayer.blogspot.com/2015/07/speedgoat-50k-race-report.html
Ski Run. Climb. Repeat. Monday, July 27, 2015. Speedgoat 50k race report. With 11,800 vert of climbing, Speedgoat is undoubtedly one of the toughest 50k races in the country (multiple races make this claim). Therefore a number of people thought I was crazy/stupid/etc. to do it as my first 50k. Regardless, I did, with it serving as a terminus of sorts of my 9 weeks in Utah this summer. As my first 50k (and 2. Running race ever), I went in with moderate expectations:. Finish sub 8 hours. Stretch of rough, ...

Distractions, legends and lies about things that require knees. Where would you be without your knees? Friday, February 27, 2015. Summer in the Winter time. Everyone in the West is talking about the lack of winters presence with snowfall in West almost non-existant in some places. Oregon and Washington are reporting anywhere from 18 to 50 of average snowpack. Alaska is reporting around 36 percent of average. . Sub-24 hour, overnight (S240) bicycle tours around Missoula, Montana. Wednesday, June 6, 2012. S240: Schwartz Creek, Hollowman Saddle, Miller Creek. I clocked off work at five and scurried to pack what I thought I'd need for a spring evening and morning on the bike and for camping in the hills above town. The weather was cool and cloudy with a bit of wind, but by the time I was cycling east of Bonner, it's all sunshine. Heading up Schwartz Creek. At the head of Schwartz Creek, nearly to Hollowman Saddle.

Distractions, legends and lies about things that require knees. Where would you be without your knees? Friday, January 23, 2015. However, T and I just did return from a rejuvenating and invigorating trip to Mexico, sans kids. Interestingly and sadly enough, I noticed the same thing in impoverished places in MX, adults and kids living in poverty with their faces glued to the screens. That's the age we live in i guess, cliche and all. The drones and phones will soon dominate all? Links to this post.
