There are many many things I plan on discussing in this blog – but the first and MOST important lesson I have learned is that you absolutely MUST take care of yourself. Make sure you drink LOTS of water and do what you can to eat reasonably… and grab extra sleep when you can. And remember humor is the absolute best for feeling better! Posted in Taking Care of you.
