She was so hungry that she needed to keep herself busy to try *not* thinking about food. She wasn't. Starving though. It's just that whole concept of being told that you can't do something so it becomes the only thing you want to do. It rules your thoughts and emotions out of nowhere. And to the point that even *doing* that thing isn't satisfactory. So why? Why are we programed like this?

Thanksgiving in our new home. Christmas here and in Quincy, MA. Settling in, Hunting, First visitors in our new home! Mom and Dad came to visit in early November, and then Chris and Lisa were able to stop in for a few days during their visit. Mom and Dad had a good time, and we had a great time having them visit. House Band at the Pleasure Boat Inn, Hickling. The "Muddies", as the band is popularly known, were formed in 2011 as the house band of the Pleasure Boat Inn. By the pub's landlord. The pub sits on the edge of Hickling Broad, one of a number of Norfolk Broads, a large muddy bottomed lake, hence the band's name.
