Just the right amount of spice and nice :). Ok so I must admit that I’ve watched the fat to fit video of Aamir Khan atleast a dozen times if not more. It’s amazing to see the transformation that he went through all in a span of five months. I’m amazed and inspired. For Aamir Khan the motivation was the movie and obviously he had to lose that weight to play the part of the younger wrestler. What’s my motivation? I look good as I am. To feel energetic? So what do I do? Where do I get that motivation from?
